CIE will publish complete privacy information before connecting the website form to an email service, customer-management system or other data destination.

Information the future form is designed to collect

Name, company, email address, optional telephone number, equipment details, fault information, messages and files voluntarily supplied with an enquiry.

Required launch details

The final policy must include the legal identity and contact details of the data controller, purposes and lawful bases for processing, retention periods, processors, international transfers where relevant, individual rights and the route for privacy requests.

No analytics or advertising cookie claim is made in this version. Update this section if measurement, advertising, embedded content or other non-essential tracking is introduced.
