The website describes CIE's intended areas of support. It does not confirm that a particular unit is repairable, available from stock or suitable for a particular installation.

Assessment and quotation

Any repair, refurbishment or supply commitment should be confirmed through a written assessment or quotation that identifies the equipment, scope, price, testing, exclusions and applicable commercial terms.

Testing and application

Bench testing covers the functions stated in the relevant documentation. It must not be interpreted as complete verification within the customer's installed machine, lift or control system unless explicitly agreed and documented.

Manufacturer independence

Manufacturer names and trademarks identify equipment only. CIE is independent and does not claim OEM affiliation, authorisation or endorsement unless explicitly stated.

Required launch details

Final terms should address inspection, quotations, customer authorisation, unrepairable units, carriage, title and risk, payment, warranty scope, exclusions, liability, returns, installation responsibilities and governing law.
